Blue marlin during winter time??

Last week happens something very strange our  offshore fishing captain Julio Chamboa had 2 strike blue marlins the mate was very surprised because at this period of the year  they are out of season we only been catching the sailfishes, dorados, whahoos and some barracudas. The first animal hit the upper right fishing pool close to the captain in 3 seconds the captain had the pool in his hands and hook the animal our clients we very happy because they had the opportunity to reel a giant to the boat the fish was around 300.00 pounds and was released by the mate, the other animal was caught at only 2 miles distance of the other it was also released it was smaller blue around 125 pounds. It is why fishing is called fishing.
